The newborn stage can be a wild time! And they don't come into this world with instructions. But when you're sleep deprived and overwhelmed it can be difficult to enjoy this unique time. What's Included? - 1 hour in-home visit where I'll: - help you put your newborn down for a nap - walk you through my tips and tricks for soothing and settling your newborn - answer your questions - Two 45 minute phone calls to use during the first 4 months - My specially designed newborn packet that walks you through all the ins-and-outs of newborn sleep Phone Call Details We will discuss: - your intake form responses - the basics of newborn sleep - realistic expectations of a newborn’s sleep behavior - what you can control as the parent (and what to let go) - what to expect between 3-4 months of age - tips for avoiding sleep issues in the future *No sleep training plan or additional email support provided after the calls. No refunds issued once the consultation call takes place. **Upon completing this purchase, you will be emailed a link to a newborn intake form. The intake form must be filled out at least 24 hours before our scheduled call. Failure to fill out the intake form will result in rescheduling our appointment.** The price listed is for local families. If you are located more than 30 minutes away, there may be an additional travel fee. I am based in Saratoga Springs, UT.
