15 Minute Get Acquainted Call: Free

This free 15 minute call is a great opportunity to chat. Whether you want to see if we're a good fit, determine if it's a good time to sleep train your child, or ask me clarifying questions about my packages, let's connect!

1 Hour Consultation Call - $110

This is great option for situations where you don't need a personalized sleep plan but need assistance with a specific aspect of your child's sleep. Perhaps you are unsure of when or how to handle nap transitions, siblings sharing rooms, transitioning from a crib to a bed, and so on.

Upon completing this purchase, please fill out this intake form. The intake form must be filled out at least 48 hours before our scheduled call (or we will have to reschedule).

Details to Note:

• Your call can be divided into two separate 30 minute calls.

• I will email you with summary notes after the call (though I highly encourage you to take your own notes too).

Newborn Package - $120

This no-cry package is designed for parents of newborns who need guidance, assurance, and tips for establishing sustainable sleep skills.

Upon completing your purchase, please fill out the newborn intake form. Submit it 48 hours before our scheduled call (otherwise we'll need to reschedule your call). You may use your entire 1.5 hour call at one time or divide it into two 45 minute calls.

We will discuss:

• your intake form responses

• the basics of newborn sleep

• realistic expectations of a newborn’s sleep behavior

• what you can control as the parent (and what to let go)

• what to expect between 3-4 months of age

•  tips for avoiding sleep issues in the future

• Summary notes of the phone call will be emailed to you after the call.
